IoT and RFID systems that count stock for you
Live counts from the warehouse floor, without anyone walking the aisles with a clipboard.
Use case · A distributor with a multi-aisle warehouse
The warehouse that counts itself
A composite of the projects we take on: the problem, what we built, and what changed. Pick an act to jump the film to it.

How it runs
From first call to iot & rfid in production
You see working software early and can change direction while it is still cheap.
- 01
Survey the site
We visit, test read ranges with sample tags and pick hardware that suits your space. - 02
Pilot one area
We fit one aisle, dock or room and run it beside the old process to compare results. - 03
Connect the systems
We link reads to your ERP or WMS and build the dashboard and alerts your team asked for. - 04
Roll out and support
We extend site by site, train staff and monitor devices so a dead reader gets noticed quickly.
Questions
IoT & RFID: what people ask
Do you supply the hardware?
We recommend and source hardware from established vendors, or work with readers and tags you already have.
How accurate is RFID?
It depends on the products, packaging and layout, so we measure read rates in a pilot before committing to a full rollout.
Can it work with our existing ERP?
Usually. We integrate through the ERP's API or file imports, and we confirm the route during the survey.
Planning iot & rfid work?
Tell us where things get stuck today. We will reply with a plan, not a pitch.
